Althea Harper "The Raven" Collection

           Althea Campbell Harper is an American fashion designer. She was a contestant on Season 6 of Project Runway in which she finished as the runner up. Harper was born in Daytona, Ohio. Since Project Runway Harper has continued in the fashion industry as a designer for Tory Burch in knit wear, & working on her self named line. Recently In September of 2009 she presented her 2010 spring collection ’Assimilation’ during Fashion Week.

  Coming across her website AltheaHarper I personally discovered a collection i fell in love with "The Raven" . Every piece is unique & crafted beautifully with interesting details. I completely love this elegant edgy look for any female. Check out some of the pieces below

     One Of My Favorites ! ; Prints ! I love anything with a pop of color & added pattern to it. We have to thank Celebrity Stars like Rihanna & Whitney Port who are working these lively patterns into their wardrobes through eye popping print pants. So forget about your standard solid colored harems & wide leg slacks & even skinnys ; it's time to embrace trousers with energetic stripes, zippy zigzags, & animal prints instead! 

      Recently a good friend of mine (Julissa, 2nd) hung out with me for a few drinks & had on some really cool print pants luckily i snapped a quick flick of her & also a picture of me from the Dirty Rich Photo Shoot wearing the Dirty Rich Print Clown Pants :)

Avatars Zoe Saldana is the new face for Calvin kleins Fall 2010 Underwear campaign & lingerie line "Calvin Klein Envy". The Campaign will comprise of print, digital & outdoor advertising ready for placement within October 2010 magazine issues. Tom Murry, President & CEO, Calvin Kleins inc., comments "We feel strongly that Zoe's Natural Beauty & authenticity in the up coming Calvin Klein Underwear campaign will resonate with out consumers & enhance the awareness of the brand".

Hmm with that being said i totally agree with Klein ; Zoe deff. has a different look then most models & enhancing the brand would be a great idea to boost Calvin Kleins Brand back . With that being said ; I personally can't wait to see the ads for the line.

MAC & Disney Venomous Villians

Disney is teaming up with MAC Cosmetics (Make-up) to create a line of limited edition products featuring four Disney Villains. The Line is Called Venomous Villians. Its a new line of overy forty different shades, it will feature characters including The Evil queen from Snow white, Maleficent from Sleeping beauty & Cruella de Ville my Favorite Character :).

I Love all MAC products this line should be awesome as hell .  The New Line is said to hit stores September 30th, hope to see you all there .

Material Girl

Madonna has announced she is to co design a new Children's Fashion Line with her Daughter Lourdes Called "Material Girl". The Line is said to be released on August 3rd & only sold at exclusively at Macy's department stores & online, The line will feature clothing, footwear & handbags .

Im super excited to see what the line might consist of ; I loved what she did with H&M back in 06.
